Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flighted ("Flighted," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Flighted platform, including club administrators, staff members, and any individual accessing Flighted on behalf of a club or organization.

Flighted is a cloud-based golf tournament management platform that enables clubs to set up, manage, and publish golf tournaments online. Features include tournament wizards, pairing generation, leaderboards, scorecard printing, and event websites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of major changes where possible.

To use Flighted, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Flighted is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Flighted operates on an annual subscription model. The current pricing and terms are disclosed during the sales and onboarding process. Subscription fees are billed annually in advance. A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 60 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Flighted through the end of your current paid term. After the term ends, your access will be suspended and your data will be available for export for 90 days before deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to Flighted.

You agree to use Flighted only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Flighted to upload or distribute malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape or extract data without our permission; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload to Flighted, including player data, club information, and tournament records.

Flighted and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flighted and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Flighted platform without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Flighted. By using the service, you grant Flighted a limited license to process and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Your use of Flighted is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully.

Player personal data uploaded to Flighted (including names, handicap indices, and contact details) must be collected and shared in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your club members.

Flighted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flighted's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Flighted in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Flighted be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Flighted after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
