We also collect information automatically when you use our platform, such as log data, device information, IP addresses, browser type, and pages viewed. This helps us improve our service and diagnose technical issues.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Flighted's services; process payments and send related information; send you technical notices, security alerts, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and send promotional communications where you have opted in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and hosting — subject to confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flighted, our customers, or others.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Tournament and scoring data associated with your club may be retained in anonymised form for product improvement purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Flighted account.

Flighted uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of our service may not function properly without them.

We use analytics cookies (including Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. These can be opted out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict processing of your data; and receive a portable copy of the data we hold about you.
