What does the $100 setup fee cover?
Your dedicated onboarding session — we walk through your first tournament with you end-to-end, configure your club's settings, and make sure your team is confident before going live. Most clubs are fully set up within an hour.
Is there a per-tournament or per-player fee?
No. The annual fee covers unlimited tournaments and unlimited players for the entire year. You can run a 12-player couples event and a 200-person Member-Guest for the same price.
What if we only run a few tournaments per year?
Flighted still makes sense. The time savings on even one Member-Guest — easily 15–20 hours of staff time — more than justifies the annual cost. And the professional materials and leaderboards make every event feel significantly more polished.
Can we cancel if it doesn't work out?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You keep access until the end of your paid term, and your data is always exportable — we don't hold it hostage.
How is this different from Golf Genius?
Golf Genius is powerful but notoriously complex. It requires extensive training and a dedicated administrator to manage effectively. Flighted was designed from the ground up to be used without training — any staff member can run a tournament on day one.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year commitments?
